HYDROFORMED TUBING AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Designed with a tube set similar to the proven AIR 9, the RLT 9’s tube shapes are shaped to meet Niner’s ride quality standards. Even riders who prefer the company of saguaros to the cacophony of crowds appreciate comfort and low weight. Proprietary forged dropouts are designed to reduce weight and integrate the low-profile post brake mount with the chainstay. 27.2mm seatpost reduces road vibrations on gravel or chip seal roads and reduces body fatigue on all-day rides. When paired with the RDO Seatpost (designed for twice the flex of traditional carbon posts), fatigue is reduced even further.

Unter Ausnutzung unserer Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Mountainbike Welt, gingen wir einen Schritt weiter, indem wir ein Bike für schnelles und komfortables Rollen auf Schotterpisten und befestigten Straßen konzipierten. Das RLT (Road Less Traveled) ist, wie der Name schon sagt, das ideale Rad für die Reise auf den weniger befestigten Straßen, wo jede Richtung eingeschlagen werden kann die man will. Der effiziente und schöne Rahmen, entworfen aus einem Rohrsatz ähnlich dem des bewährten Niner AIR 9, besteht aus einer leichten hydrogeformten Aluminiumlegierung mit geschmiedeten Ausfallenden. Die etwas längeren Kettenstreben, ein niedrigeres Tretlager sowie ein flacher Lenkkopfwinkel sind ideal für eine stabile Fahrt selbst auf holprigen Straßen. Der kleine Sattelstützendurchmesser von 27,2 mm mindert Fahrbahnvibrationen auf Schotter oder ruppigen Wegen und reduziert die Körperermüdung auf ganztägige Fahrten.

Typisch Niner, der PressFit 30 Standard beim Tretlagergehäuse bietet volle Kompatibilität für Single, 2- und 3-fach Antriebe. Die Vollcarbon Gabel, mit Anleihen von der MTB Version ist extrem steif aber dennoch sehr komfortabel ausgelegt.

Die interne Kabelführung (auch DI2 kompatibel) schützt das Schaltsystem unter den widrigsten Bedingungen und rundet des Gesamtpaket nicht nur optisch harmonisch ab.

RLT 9
La primera Niner diseñada para llantas rodada 29 y 700C. Utiliza llantas más delgadas para recorridos en pavimento, intenta algo más grande para lugares donde el terreno es incierto pero la aventura está garantizada. Dotata della stessa geometria vincente della famiglia Air 9 – la One 9 è la scelta ottimale per tutti coloro i quali cercano una performante singlespeed in lega.

TUBAZIONI IDROFORMATE
Grazie alla maggior area di saldatura, offerta dal nuovo tubo sterzo di tipo conico, siamo in grado di impiegare l’idroformatura per ogni singolo tubo che compone questa hardtail. Non si tratta di un mero vezzo estetico, in quanto con l’idroformatura siamo in grado di controllare forma e spessori delle tubazioni, al fine di ottenere l’ottimale resistenza e rigidità nei punti chiave del telaio. Queste manipolazioni creano telai con precise caratteristiche di guida – detto in altri termini: il piacere di guida. Nel nostro telaio l’idroformatura si può trovare sul tubo orizzontale, su quello obliquo, su quello verticale, su quello sterzo, sui foderi alti e bassi.

E quindi? Un telaio leggero, rigido, con migliori caratteristiche di guida e con uno sterzo più preciso; il tutto per avere un ottimale trasferimento di potenza e una migliore efficienza di pedalata in generale. Detto in soldoni: la nuova One 9 vincerà ancora più gare.

TUBO STERZO CONIFICATO
La One 9 è dotata di tubo sterzo conico e serie sterzo integrata. I benefici di un tubo sterzo conificato non si fanno sentire solo sulle biciclette a lunga escursione. La maggiore superficie di un tubo sterzo conificato permette l’utilizzo di un tubo obliquo di maggiori dimensioni, il che incrementa la rigidità e la resistenza nel punto di contatto fra questi due tubi. Utilizzando forcelle con cannotto conico, siamo in grado di ottenere la massima rigidità dell’avantreno. Tutti i riders, dagli amanti del XC, a coloro che amano l’all mountain, traggono beneficio da questi accorgimenti; ecco perché tali soluzioni le abbiamo incorporate su tutti i nostri modelli. MOVIMENTO CENTRALE BIOCENTRIC
Il movimento centrale Niner BioCentric II permette di effettuare facili e ampie regolazioni, di fatto eliminando la necessità di forcellini regolabili, e nel contempo lascia al mezzo singlespeed una linea decisamente pulita. Non ci sono bulloni sul mozzo, nessun tendicatena che infastidisce la guida e nessuna regolazione da fare ai freni quando si cambia pignone.

GEOMETRIA NINER DA HARDTAIL
Come più volte ribadito da numerose riviste, la geometria delle hardtail Niner è decisamente azzeccata. Sia in salita, che in discesa, la geometria della Air 9 regala grande precisione di guida e ottimo posizionamento in sella. La One 9 è concepita per forcelle da 80 – 100mm, per permetterti di adattare il mezzo alle tue caratteristiche.
