SHIPPING & REFUNDS POLICY

Shipping/Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. Orders placed before 3pm Mountain Time typically ship the same day, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Unless you specify your preferred shipping method and carrier at the time of your order, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We are not able to ship outside the United States of America.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Orders placed after 3pm Mountain Time are unlikely to ship until the following business day. FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order is urgent or time sensitive, requires guaranteed express or 2-day shipping, please call us at 1-877-646-3792 between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mountain time to expedite your order processing. We do not refund shipping charges if an order is delivered late or incorrectly.

Shipping and handling costs vary by item size, weight, and destination and are calculated at checkout.

All orders are subject to be charged appropriate sales tax for the purchaser's state, county and city. Colorado in state orders will be charged appropriate state, county, and city sales tax.


Refund Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept product returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please call customer service at 877-646-3792 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

Products returned for an exchange or refund must be suitable for resale in new, unused condition, in the original packaging. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Niner reserves the right to refuse refunds for products returned in damaged packaging, unsellable or used condition, or for other reasons.
